Introducing cpGuard as a replacement to Imunify360

We’re thrilled to share a major update regarding our server security solutions at WebClients. Following thorough testing and evaluation, we’ve opted to switch to cpGuard as our new security software for all our servers, replacing Imunify360.

While Imunify360 has served its purpose adequately, we identified areas where we could enhance our services. Specifically, we noticed that full server scans with Imunify360 were time-consuming and lacked the detailed insights our clients needed for monitoring attacks on their domains.

Upon conducting full server scans using cpGuard, we’ve detected a higher number of genuine malware files compared to previous scans with Imunify360.

Since transitioning to cpGuard, we’ve seen a noticeable decrease in server load by at least 20%, with some servers experiencing even greater improvements. Our performance monitoring reports also indicate enhanced stability throughout our server network.

The transition to cpGuard will occur gradually to ensure a seamless changeover. During this period, the Imunify360 interface icon will still be visible in cPanel but may result in a 404 error. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience until the rollout is complete.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible and firmly believe that cpGuard will offer superior security and performance.

Thank you for your cooperation during this upgrade process.
