Why does my invoice not include VAT?

In the United Kingdom, businesses are required to register for Value Added Tax (VAT) if their VAT taxable turnover exceeds £90,000. As of now, our turnover is below this threshold, and we are not obligated to register.

However, we do have the option to voluntarily register for VAT even if our turnover is under £90,000. After careful consideration, we have decided not to register at this time.

We will continue to monitor this request closely and will review this decision with our accountants regularly. Should our circumstances change and we decide to register for VAT in the future, we will inform you promptly.
